Batchnook signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to your email — there’s no password to forget. Enter your email, tap “Send sign-in code”, and it should land in a few seconds.
Codes are only for signing in. Once you’re in, Batchnook keeps you signed in on this device until you sign out yourself — you’ll only see a code on a new device or after signing out.
No code yet? Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure you used the same email your account is under. Each code is single-use and short-lived — it expires about an hour after it’s sent — so if one has been sitting a while, ask for a fresh one.
Tap “Resend code” to send a new one. The button waits about a minute between sends; if you tap too soon you’ll see “Too fast — give it a few seconds and try again”, which just means wait a moment. A new code always replaces the last one, so use the most recent email.
The email should carry a 6-digit number, not a link. If yours has a link instead of a code, that’s a setup problem on our end — not anything you did — so reach out to support and we’ll sort it out.
