Working offline

Batchnook saves your numbers to the cloud as you go, so it needs a connection to record materials, batches, and orders.

Batchnook saves your numbers to the cloud as you go, so it needs a connection to record materials, batches, and orders. It is a workbench tool, not a field tool — there is no offline queue.

Reading a receipt needs a connection too. No signal at the counter? Snap the receipt in your phone’s camera and scan it in Batchnook once you are back online.

If a save cannot reach the server, Batchnook tells you plainly and keeps nothing — you will not find a half-recorded order later. Try again once you are connected.

See your real margins the day we open.

The day Batchnook opens, snap one supplier receipt and every candle, soap, and bar recomputes its real cost and margin in front of you — no more pricing on a gut feeling. Leave your email and the founding offer for makers opens to you first.
